Infinite's One Great Step World Tour in Manila on Nov. 3 + seat plan + ticketing FAQs

K-pop boy band Infinite will be holding their world tour in the Philippines in November.

Woollim Entertainment, the band’s agency, announced the tour on the Infinite website this morning.

The “2013 Infinite 1st World Tour: One Great Step” will be held on Nov. 3 at the Araneta Coliseum.

“Hello, Inspirits Philippines! Are you ready for INFINITE 1ST WORLD TOUR ONE GREAT STEP in Manila, Philippines?” the announcement said.

Infinite is a seven-member boy band that debuted in the K-pop scene in 2010. Its members are Sungkyu, Dongwoo, L, Woohyun, Sungyeol, Hoya and Sungjong.

Infinite’s first world tour kicked off in South Korea last August. It was followed by stops in Hong Kong, Jakarta in Indonesia, and Fukuoka, Hiroshima, Kobe and Yokohama in Japan.

Infinite will be holding their world tour in Thailand on Sept. 28 followed by Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and China in October.

Manila will be the last stop of Infinite in Asia before heading to the US where they will hold the concert in Los Angeles, Fairfax, San Jose and New York between Nov. 8 and 16.

They are also slated to hold the world tour in London, Paris, Frankfurt and Dubai this year.

1. When is the start of ticket selling?

Start of Ticket selling will be on 27 September 2013, 10am.

3. What are the ticket prices?

4. Can I choose my seat(s) for ONLINE purchases?

You can only choose your preferred section. Seat numbers will be assigned automatically on a best seat available basis (except Patron Standing, which are standing and free seating only)

5. What are the modes of payment?

For Online Purchases: Payment can be made via credit card (Visa or Mastercard)

For Walk-In Purchases (Box Office & Outlets): Payment can be made in Cash or Via credit card

6. How can overseas fans purchase the tickets?

Overseas fans can purchase the tickets online through the TICKETNET website (www.ticketnet.com.ph) from 10am (GMT +8:00) on 27 September.

7. How can I purchase the tickets if I don’t have a credit card and I’m from the province?

If you are from an area without any TICKETNET outlets nearby, you can order tickets by following the procedures below:

Email Order for Fans from the Provinces

A. Send an Email with the required information for ticket purchase.

- Required Information:

★Preferred section and the number of tickets to be purchased

★Name

★ Phone Number

★Delivery Address

★ Copy of any valid ID

★ E-mail Address

B. If the section requested is available, we will allocate best seats available for you. However, if your preferred section is no longer available, the nearest section will be allocated.

C.Full details (e.g. Allocated Section, Seat numbers & total fees – Including Delivery Fee) will be sent via email, together with the account number and bank details on how to make the payment.

D. Upon receipt of email from Ticketnet, you will be given five (5) Banking Days Only to make the payment via Bank Deposit.

E. Once you have made the payment, email us a copy of the deposit slip.

F. After we have received a copy of the deposit slip and upon bank clearance, a confirmation e-mail will be sent. Tickets will be delivered to the Address you provided in your initial order.
