(NEWS) Leeteuk’s dad, grandparents laid to rest

Super Junior leader Leeteuk was in tears and in deep sorrow at the funeral for his father and grandparents that was held this morning in Seoul.
His sister, Park In Young, relatives and friends were at the Korea University Guro Hospital mortuary to bid their final farewell to Park Yongin, 57, Leeteuk’s father; and grandparents Park Hyeon Suk, 84, and Cheon Kyung Tae, 79.

Se7en, Sangchu punished with imprisonment

Singers Se7en and Sangchu of Mighty Mouth and five other celebrity soldiers were ordered to spend time in a military jail as punishment for the massage parlor scandal last month.
Korea's Ministry of National Defense has announced the punishment for the celebrity soldiers after completing its investigation of the incident, which led to the abolition of the entertainment soldiers system of the military.

Super Junior's Leeteuk Enjoying Army Life

MANILA, Philippines - Super Junior's leader Leeteuk seems to be adjusting well to his new endeavor in the Korean military.

Goodbye Leader Leeteuk; See You In 2014

MANILA, Philippines - Korean boy band Super Junior will have to go on with their activities without their leader Leeteuk in the next two years.
Leeteuk will be enlisting in the Korean military today as part of the mandatory service of all male Korean citizens.

Super Junior's Leeteuk to enlist in the army

MANILA, Philippines - The leader of one of the most popular K-pop boy bands will be enlisting in the Korean military next month.
It was announced that Leeteuk, leader of Super Junior, will be enlisting in the army on Oct. 30. He will enter the 306 Support Group at an army camp in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi province in South Korea. There he will receive five weeks of basic military training after which he will start completing his 21-month military service. He will be discharged in 2014.

Rapper gets suspended sentence; Super Junior and ex-member score awards

MANILA, Philippines – The Seoul Central District Court sentenced Korean rapper MC Mong (real name Shin Dong-Hyun) on Monday to six months imprisonment, suspended for one year, for being found guilty of delaying his enlistment in the Korean military by applying for government exams and going on trips overseas. He was likewise ordered to do 120 hours of community service.
