Han met reporters at Incheon airport and justified her actions, saying what she did was "right." She claimed that she abandoned the filming of “Spy Myung Wol” so that the public would know about the poor working conditions for actors like her.
Han also claimed that she was a victim of the Korean drama industry system.
“If didn’t do this, the situation would not improve,” she said.
But Han also admitted her fault for causing trouble to the cast and crew of “Spy Myung Wol" when she did not report to the drama filming last Aug. 14 and 15. As a result, TV station KBS had to air highlights of episode 10 on episode 11 on Aug. 15, the day Han left for the US without permission.
Because of her actions, the drama production company and KBS threatened to file cases against her for breach of contract and business interference.
Sidus HQ, Han’s agency, issued an apology to the public, saying that the actress caused trouble to so many people.Critics said Han only returned to Korea for fear of the lawsuits.
Immediately after arriving in Korea, Han met with the drama production team.  As of this writing, Han  is said to  resume filming the drama.
“Spy Myung Wol"stars Han as spy Han Myung Wol who goes to South Korea to kidnap Kang Woo, played by singer-turned-actor Eric Mun.
“Spy Myung Wol” has been lagging in the ratings. Since airing in Korea last July 11, the drama has only managed to get single-digit ratings.
