50 Cent should work with 2NE1, XXL mag says

By JONATHAN HICAP, Manila Bulletin
MANILA, Philippines - A collaboration between rapper 50 cent and K-pop group 2NE1?
Hip hop magazine XXL thinks so, saying that the Grammy-winning rapper should work with the girl group along with 24 other artists including Nicki Minaj and Justin Bieber.
XXL listed the "25 Collaborations 50 Cent Should Consider" and named 2NE1 as one of them.

"Throughout his career, Fif has surely collaborated with some heavyweights—from Dr. Dre to Mary J. Blige to Justin Timberlake. But he hasn't always been the quickest to put himself out there for collaborations with some of the game's biggest names," XXL said.
The magazine noted that American rapper Swizz Beatz, husband of Alicia Keys, and the Black Eyed Peas love 2NE1.
"Swizz Beatz loves them, so does 50 shows his money-making mind by teaming with the four-member girl group that's popping right now. K-Pop dominates Japan, world's second biggest music market. Cha-ching," according to the magazine.
Earlier this year, Swizz Beatz visited Korea and said that 2NE1, Big Bang, KARA and BoA have strengths.
He said if 2NE1 and Rihanna could work together, the effect would be great.
XXL said besides 2NE1, 50 Cent may consider doing collaborations with Kanye West, DJ Premier, Styles P, Frank Ocean, Diplo, Cam'ron, T.I., Lonely Island, Lil Wayne,  Meek Mill, Waka Flocka, Just Blaze, Rick Ross, Drake, Chris Brown, Justin Bieber, A$AP Rocky, Fabolous, Young Jeezy, Rakim, Kendrick Lamar, Slaughterhouse, and Nicki Minaj.
Fans are eagerly awaiting 2NE1's comeback to the K-pop scene.
Korean music site Monkey3 recently made a poll and asked netizens "Of the artists that would be making their comeback in June, which one are you most anticipating?"
Voters named 2NE1 as the No. 1 most anticipated artist, garnering 20 percent. They are followed by Big Bang with 19 percent, Wonder Girls with 16 percent, Kim Jong Kook with 15 percent, Ailee and Park Jung Hyun.
