Hollywood actress Jessica Alba visited South Korea to attend the 2015 Spring/Summer Seoul Fashion Week.
Alba arrived at Incheon International Airport in the early morning of October 21 and attended the Metro City Fashion Show held at Dongdaemun Design Plaza, a new landmark in Seoul which opened last March.
The 33-year-old actress is also going to shoot an ad in Seoul, according to reports.
This is the second time that Alba has visited Seoul. In April 2012, Alba and her family went to Seoul for a vacation. She also held a TV interview.
On Instagram, Alba posted photos of her enjoying Korean food and visiting a boutique.
The Seoul Fashion Week started last October 17 and will run until today, October 22.
Hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Governmen, the event is organized by the Seoul Design Foundation and Council of Fashion Designers Association.
Korean stars also threw their support by attending different fashion shows. Among them were Park Shin Hye, Girls’ Generation’s Tiffany and Seohyun, Son Dambi, Jay Park, 2AM’s Jo Kwon, SISTAR, and Kang Sora.
CNBLUE’s Jungshin became a runway model for designer Song Zio.
The Seoul Fashion Week is showcasing designs by more than 100 fashion designers and brands. The Seoul Collection is a series of fashion shows for Korea’s top designers while Generation Next presents up-and-coming designers.
The Seoul Fashion Fair showcases more than 50 Korean fashion brands.
