MANILA, Philippines - Korean rapper Psy will be gracing the cover of the Nov. 3 issue of Billboard magazine, thanks to his viral hit "Gangnam Style" raking in 531 million views since July.
Billboard's main story titled “500,000,000 PSY FANS CAN'T BE WRONG” spotlights on "How the K-Pop breakout star harnessed the power of YouTube, Ellen, SNL, The Today Show, and more to become music’s new global brand."

"I Am the Cover of BILLBOARD!!!!!" Psy tweeted today.
The issue will also have a story on K-pop's music factories.
With his global success, especially in the US, Psy has become K-pop's poster boy. Before "Gangnam Style" became a hit, other K-pop singers were being predicted to make it to the US and sadly, Psy wasn't one of them.
Psy did not typify the likes of the majority of K-pop stars: sexy, fashionista and pretty.
But he shattered these biases when "Gangnam Style" a global phenomenon.
On Oct. 25, Psy performed "Gangnam Style" on the ABC talk show "The View," which is hosted by Barbara Walters, Whoopie Goldberg, Joy Behar, Elisabeth Hasselback and Sherri Shepherd.
On the latest Billboard charts, "Gangnam Style" is stuck at No. 2 for five weeks on the Billboard Hot 100.
"No matter how many laps they make, Psy just can't gallop past Maroon 5 in their weekly race to the Billboard Hot 100's winner's circle," Billboard said.
On other Billboard charts, "Gangnam Style" garnered the No. 1 spot on Digital Songs, On-Demand Songs and Rap Songs, No. 11 on Pop Songs, No. 14 on Latin Airplay, No. 6 on Dance/Club Play Songs, and No. 12 on Radio Songs.
It is also No. 1 on Germany Songs and on Billboard Canadian Hot 100.
Billboard said "Gangnam Style" has sold 1.6 million downloads in the US to date.
In addition, MTV Europe Music Awards (EMA) has announced that Psy will be performing at the awarding ceremony on Nov. 11 in Frankfurt, Germany.
Psy, who is nominated in the Best Video, will join performers Alicia Keys, Pitbull, the Killers, Taylor Swift, Muse, No Doubt, Carly Rae Jepsen, Fun., and Rita Ora.
