MANILA, Philippines - Music TV network Fuse has come up with its list of the most anticipated albums of 2013 and, of the 44 in the roster, two Korean acts earned the nod.
"Our new years' resolution: Listen to more awesome music. Thankfully, that's already looking like one we can stick to (hitting the gym to work off that holiday weight, not so much) because there are so many huge albums coming out this year," wrote Fuse about its selection of the must-have albums of 2013.

The list includes Beyonce, Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake, Kanye West and Korean artists Girls' Generation and Psy.
Fuse noted, "The group is in talks with Interscope Records to release an American version of their latest Korean album though a date, title, and track details are undecided. If a nine-member Korean group making it in the U.S. sounds like a stretch remember two members are from America!"
According to TIME magazine, "Interscope Records is in talks to release a version of 'I Got a Boy' as the Girls’ first full-length American album; details, including the album title, have not yet been settled."
The title track "I Got A Boy" maintained its No. 1 position for the second straight week on the Billboard K-pop Hot 100 chart.
The music video for the song has also garnered 31 million views on YouTube, becoming the second most viewed video on the website this month.
Psy is also preparing to release his new international album, Fuse said, "that will feature both Korean and English tracks with possible production by Diplo and guest appearance by 2 Chainz."
The album is set for release in February or March, added Fuse.
It added, “He has global appeal now, but Psy has expressed he wants to release his new single in Korean with an accompanying dance featuring 'some sports move.' The K-pop veteran has said he wants a solo comeback single to prove he can have similar success as 'Gangnam Style' without the help of another big name. Can he deliver a song that crosses language barriers...AGAIN?!"
Other artists on the Fuse list are A$AP Rocky, Arcade Fire, Atoms for Peace, Augustana, Azealia Banks, Beck, The Black Keys, Christopher Owens, D'Angelo, Drake, J.Cole, Jamie Lidell, Janelle Monae, Jim James, John Legend, Johnny Marr, Kings of Leon, Lady Gaga, Lights, Local Natives, Mariah Carey, Marsha Ambrosius, Maxwell, MGMT, Miley Cyrus, Missy Elliot, Modest Mouse, My Chemical Romance, Paramore, Phoenix, Queens of the Stone Age, Skylar Grey, Vampire Weekend, Toro Y Moi, Tegan and Sara, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Widowspeak, and Young Dreams.
