K-pop band A-Jax wants to visit Boracay, Laguna

First time Manila visitors K-pop boy band A-Jax said that if they were given a chance to take a vacation, they would want to come back to the Philippines.
In a one-on-one interview with Bulletin Entertainment, A-Jax said, “We heard that Boracay is a good tourist spot. We are looking forward to see the beach. We also want to visit Laguna and enjoy the hot springs.”

A-Jax, the boy band under DSP Media that also handles artists like KARA and Rainbow, perfrormed at the Dream K-pop Fantasy Concert 2 on Feb. 2 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum along with Super Junior M, Block B, BTOB, BAP and A-Prince.
The boy band debuted in South Korea and Japan in 2012. Its members are Sungmin, Hyeongkon, Jaehyung, Hyojun, Yunyoung, Seungjin and Seungyub.
Last October, A-Jax released their new mini album “Snake,” which contains “It Girl,” “Stay With Me” and the title track.
“The song ‘Snake’ is funky rock. It’s a humorous explanation of love between a man and a woman. This is a joyful and cheerful song. This is a very good track of A-Jax,” they said.
During their free time, A-Jax said they “play games in the house, watch movies or have a food trip.” They also sleep when they are stressed, they said.
Their plans for this year includes working on a new album.
“We hope that our album will be successful and popular. We want to have many fans especially in Asia,” the boy band said.
At the press conference for the concert held on Feb. 1, Sungmin noted, “A-Jax is not limited to one kind of music or genre. What we sing is ballad, R&B, electronic pop and pop rock. We’re looking forward to having our comeback with other kind of music.”
For the DKFC 2 in Manila, Hyeongkon said they “prepared English pop songs and songs of SS501,” a boy band headed by Korean star Kim Hyun Joong.
A-Jax expressed, “We were surprised to see Filipino fans at the airport with their placards. We saw Filipino fans as jolly, cheerful and nice.”
When asked what they were expecting during their stay in the Philippines, Yungyoung said, “We want to try riding the jeepney and eat sinigang and we want to go to Boracay.”
In parting, A-Jax said, “We’re looking forward to have many concerts after this. Please support and love A-Jax. We are grateful for the love and support of Filipino fans. We are looking forward to come back to the Philippines. Mahal [namin] kayo (We love you).”
