Korea's Ministry of National Defense is investigating celebrity
soldiers Se7en and Sangchu of Mighty Mouth after an SBS TV report allegedly
showed the two men going to a massage parlor after a military concert in
Chuncheon, Gangwon province.
The two together with pop star Rain, KCM and Kim Kyung Hun
attended and performed at the event held last June 21.

SBS current affairs program "In Depth 21" aired on June
25 an episode of the celebrity soldiers who act as PR agents for the military.
The SBS news crew secretly followed and filmed the soldiers after
the concert when the soldiers went back to their motel.
At around 10 p.m., the celebrity soldiers came out of the hotel in
civilian clothes and went to a restaurant to eat and drink beer. They also used
cell phones in violation of military rules.
After coming out of the restaurant at around 11:30 p.m., the
soldiers went back to the motel.
At around 2 a.m., the two celebrity soldiers were seen outside the
hotel and went to a massage parlor.
The two came out, boarded a taxi and went to another massage
parlor.
After the two emerged from the establishment, the SBS crew
confronted them to ask if they went to the massage parlor.
The video showed one of the TV crew holding the arm of one of the
celebrity soldiers, blocking his path and pushing him while he was asking him
questions. The celebrity, on the other hand, grabbed the TV crew's microphone.
The two celebrities remained silent throughout but in the latter
part, they denied doing anything illegal.
According to ENewsWorld, "Korean soldiers are required by law
to wear their uniforms and are not allowed to drink alcohol unless granted
special permission."
It said when the SBS TV crew interviewed the manager of the
massage parlor, she described the place where one can "receive service
from women."
The Defense Media Agency told SBS that one of the celebrity
soldiers went to the massage parlor for treatment for an injury.
“We are currently investigating the involved soldiers after being
seen entering an adult entertainment establishment following the completion of
a regional concert,” ENewsWorld quoted the Ministry of National Defense as
telling JoongAng Il Bo.
Se7en enlisted in the military last March 19 while Sangchu started
his military service on Oct. 30 last year.
Last January, Rain was punished with one-week probation after
media reports showed that he dated actress Kim Tae-hee.
